My name is Syd. Some people know me as syddiegurl.
I'm just a kid at heart.
I stay naïve enough to dream big, and I want to help you dream big too.
I want to change the world with that optimism. But saying it isn't enough. You have to change culture, and you can't change culture until you understand people who don't have the context you live with.
So every project I'm part of has to move the world forward. We desperately need a higher collective consciousness.
Which brings me to my favorite project.
The Kids Like Us.
My podcast and community for ambitious 18 to 26 year olds who stay naïve on purpose. When we have the space to follow our curiosities and dreams without being shut down, that's when ideas come and healing starts. I'm not your guru. I'm just making the proof public.

My agency is the engine behind Kids Like Us: creative storytelling for stories that move the world forward, for founders, speakers and lifestyle brands. Named after the lighthouse my dad built by hand in our backyard, and run on Beacon Engine, the system I built to put ideas to work.
